Returns

Please contact us to advise why you wish to return the item.  Carefully repack and return the product to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of your receiving the goods.  We cannot accept unused goods other than in their original condition and packaging unless they are faulty.  Once goods are returned in their original condition we will either credit your credit card or send you a cheque. 

Freight will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or the return is a result of our error.

Exchanges

Please contact us if you wish to exchange any items.  Exchanges must be made within 14 days of your receiving the goods.  Carefully repack and return the product in its original condition and packaging.  We cannot accept  unused goods other than in their original condition and packaging.  Gifts may be exchanged for another item(s) to the same value, or for higher value items with payment of the difference. 

Freight will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Goods

Faulty products should be returned immediately with a letter regarding the fault and we will promptly return them to the manufacturer for replacement.
