Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we are happy to ship anywhere in the world.  We send overseas orders by international airmail and will confirm the shipping charges before despatching your order.

When you place an order for overseas delivery you will not be charged anything for shipping at checkout.  We will contact you by email to confirm the applicable postage charges and arrange for additional payment if required.

Our prices include GST (Goods & Services Tax) of 15%.  GST is not payable on goods sent overseas.  If your order is being shipped overseas, we will manually deduct the GST component of the purchase price.  We will contact you by email to advise the final purchase price, including shipping and arrange to charge or credit a refund to your credit card as required.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not have a store or showroom.  Baby Shower originally had a shop in the Auckland suburb of Albany and then relocated to Milford but we are now exclusively an online store.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

For delivery within New Zealand please refer to our Delivery Information section.

We send overseas orders by international airmail.  The target delivery times vary from 3 – 10 days, depending on the destination country.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard and New Zealand customers can also pay by direct credit to our bank account.  These options will be made available to you when you proceed through the online checkout process.

What is a Wishlist?

A Wishlist is somewhere that you can keep any items you are thinking about buying.  You can purchase items on your Wishlist straight away or at a later date.  You might use a Wishlist for yourself or choose to share it with other people.

A Wishlist is a great idea if you are planning a baby shower.  Simply create a list of the items you would like to receive and share your Wishlist with guests to assist them in purchasing a gift for your baby shower.  Make sure you include items in varying price ranges.

For family and friends overseas a Wishlist makes it easy for them to order a gift, and they only have to pay local New Zealand delivery charges.

You need to set up an account to be able to use the Wishlist facility.  To add an item to your Wishlist just click the “+Add to Wishlist” button on any product page.  You can buy any or all of the items on your wishlist by clicking “Add to cart” or “Add all to cart”.

To share your Wishlist with friends and family simply click “Share Wishlist”.  Then enter the email addresses of those you wish to send your Wishlist to and your message.

What size nappies are used in your Baby Cakes?

We use disposable nappies which are designed for boys and girls size 6 - 11 kgs.
