Delivery
All goods in stock will be despatched within 24 hours of receiving your order (excluding weekends). We will advise you if any of your chosen items need to be backordered.
Some items are made to order and you will need to allow the following approximate times for their delivery:
- A-Z Designer Letters - Please allow approximately 10 days for delivery.
- A Little Ink Artworks - Please allow 10 working days for your artwork to be delivered.
- Cariboo - Your item(s) is made to order. Please allow at least 2 - 3 weeks for delivery of orders for bassinets and bedding.
- Cariboo - Cots and change tables are made to order and will take approximately 6 - 8 weeks to arrive.
Delivery of most goods within New Zealand will be by Fastway Couriers. Deliveries are made on week days only.
A signature is required on delivery of your order and our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes (although we can arrange to have your order sent to a PO Box if required).

Delivery times:

We recommend delivery to a home address, as we are unable to guarantee delivery to hospitals or maternity hospitals due to the short length of stay of most new mums.
International delivery is available by airmail and the shipping cost will be confirmed via email. We will charge you the actual cost of postage and will confirm the delivery charges with you prior to shipment and arrange for any extra payment for international shipping if it is required.
