Made from solid, sustainable New Zealand Pine this cot is sure to become a family heirloom. This collection is guaranteed to create an enticing, natural sleep environment for baby.
The cot has two adjustments for the mattress height and fits a 130 x 70cm mattress. Please note: mattress is not included.
The Cariboo Cot has no dropside, which means no mechanism to fail.
The collection offers optional cot accessories to help save on space in the nursery, including a cot-top bassinet and a cot-top changer. These pieces are purchased separately to allow you to coordinate your nursery to suit your own needs. For example you could purchase just the Cot-Top Changer if you are using the Cariboo Gentle Motions in the cot as your bassinet, or if you are having twins you can purchase two Cot-Top Bassinets to go beside each other on top of the cot.
The collection also offers optional conversion kits so you can convert the Cariboo Cot into a toddler bed or a sofa.

Optional Cot-Top Bassinet
The Cariboo team thinks bassinets are best for new babies, so they have developed an in-cot baby bassinet option. If you are expecting twins, you can purchase two Cot-Top Bassinets to sit beside each other. The Cot-Top Bassinet features safety straps to secure it to the Cariboo Cot creating a safe environment for your baby. As space can be an issue in the baby’s nursery this stylish and functional crib is a great alternative for those with limited space.
Suitable until baby is approx 5 months old, or can roll over or pull themselves up.
The Cot-Top Bassinet is available in 4 wood colours - rimu, mahogany, natural and white.
The Cot-Top Bassinet fabric set is available in white, natural, taupe or navy. Natural is 100% cotton calico. The other colours are poly/cotton drill.
The Cot-Top Bassinet includes a base board and foam mattress with cover.
Optional Cot-Top Changer
A great innovation, the Cariboo Cot-Top Changer is at a functional height, very convenient to use and can sit beside the Cot-Top Bassinet in the same cot.
It is also a great space saver allowing you to have a changer in the nursery even if you are short on space. The Cot-Top Changer also features safety straps to secure it to the top of the Cariboo Cot, making it a safe environment to change your baby.
Gentle Motions Bassinet
The Cariboo Gentle Motions Bassinet connects to the Cariboo Cot (and most cots), making the transition from bassinet to cot easier for baby and parents. You also save space by hanging a bassinet within your cot.
The Gentle Motions Bassinet soothes baby to sleep with a natural, self-rocking motion.
Toddler Bed Conversion and Sofa Conversion
Accessories are available to transform the Cariboo Cot into a toddler bed and into a sturdy sofa.
