Cariboo Wood

Cariboo selects only the highest quality, sustainable New Zealand grown pine for all of their products.  Pine is the perfect wood to use for products like nursery furniture.  It is a medium density wood yet light enough to make each piece portable.

Cariboo Fabric

The fabrics used for Cariboo bassinets and accessories are 100% cotton. The ability to mix and match the colour options lets you design your own nursery.

Cariboo Mattresses

Each Cariboo bassinet includes a custom made Cariboo firm foam mattress. Cariboo thinks foam is best to provide the necessary support for newborns. Cariboo also offer a 100% wool mattress topper for parents wanting a firm but natural sleeping surface.

Wool naturally draws moisture away from baby and helps regulate temperature so Cariboo think the foam mattress for support and the wool mattress topper is the ideal sleep solution for baby. All Cariboo mattresses are supported by a zero emission MDF base board.

Cariboo Wool

For Cariboo's unbelievably soft and lightweight blankets, they use high-quality, mid-micron wool sourced from local South Island farmers. The yarn spinning technology was developed in New Zealand and the entire manufacturing process is carried out in New Zealand. Cariboo wool blankets are dyed with environmentally sensitive eco-dyes, resulting in soft, natural colours.

Cariboo wool blankets are machine washable on a delicate or wool cycle and dry four times faster than normal wool.
